From the battery to the braking system: Why nothing works in e-mobility without technical ceramics
Electromobility is on the rise for many good reasons and is playing an increasingly important role in road traffic. Electric cars are more environmentally friendly and quieter than conventional combustion engines, but they also place new demands on the materials used. Due to their special properties, technical ceramics are a much-used material in e-mobility. In this article we present some possible applications of technical ceramics in electric cars and show the advantages for the automotive industry.
